Description
Many manufacturing companies are actively engaged in setting up or redesigning their service contract portfolios. Unfortunately, there is little help available on the market. There is neither relevant literature nor suitable training concepts. We would like to close this gap and provide you with all the resources and tools you need for a successful service contract strategy in your company as part of this course. We start with a holistic view of the opportunities and risks in the service contract business. We will then provide practical tips on how to design successful service contracts and the dos and don'ts when designing contract portfolios. Building on this, we will then discuss how to price service contracts. Manual mistakes are often made, particularly in the interaction of more complex contract portfolios that use both cost+ and value-based approaches in pricing. We would like to provide practical assistance here. Once the prices have been calculated correctly, it's time to market and sell the service contracts. Here, too, we will provide you with many tried and tested tools to help you successfully shape your sales. The course is rounded off with excursions into the controlling of service contracts, the finer points of international rollout and the legal principles that you should have on your radar when designing and delivering them.
