Description

Most sales training courses are geared towards teaching you psychological tricks that you can use to entice your counterpart to make a purchase from you. Whether it's artificially shortening the offer, formulating messages more convincingly or all kinds of extrinsic or intrinsic incentives for your counterpart. The problem is that your customers are already familiar with these tricks and their effectiveness is diminishing, especially in a more rational environment such as business. That's why you should not just try to trick your customers even better than others in the market, but perhaps think about taking a different approach.

Challenger Sales takes up precisely this idea. It's about positioning yourself completely differently right from the start in discussions with customers and drastically increasing your sales opportunities through this positioning. You don't come as a questioner to understand the customer's needs in the best possible way and then find arguments as to why your own portfolio best serves them. You come as a "challenger" and draw the customer's attention to problems that you can best solve for them. You are then not just one of many on the market, but directly the preferred business partner.

And we want to show you exactly how this works in this course. We will start with an introduction to the service sales environment and its special features. In the main part of the course, we will introduce you to the Challenger Sales methodology using striking examples to make it easier for you to adapt it in your own environment. And finally, we will give you a few tips for critically questioning your own sales style.

This course is aimed at all those who are involved in the active sale of services and are looking for impulses to improve their toolkit.
